Fay was born in Passaic, New Jersey to Latin parents. Being Colombian/Puerto Rican made her love all types of music at a young age. She grew up listening to all the radio staions in the tri-state area and idolizing the DJs. Once she was old enough to realize that normal people don't live in weather below 70-degrees, Fay quickly moved to Miami and called SoBe home. Plus it was the only place where she could legally go topless on the beach.

Fay fought her way to the airwaves of South Florida's Pure Dance Channel. She worked anywhere that her voice would be heard and her dream could become a reality. That meant a lot of interning and working for free at underground radio stations before joining "Footy & The Chix @ 6" on WHYI-FM. She is part of the promotions team at the Miami New Times and spokesperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Organization of Miami.

"It's all about attitude," Fay said. "The lifestyle, the way we walk to the beach everyday and never think twice about taking off our top to get a tan...about Your language..about Your music...that's what South Florida living is...pure 100% attitude. And if you don't like it, you can move back to where you came from!"'

You can catch her in your favorite school, club, or shopping mall all year long. When Fay is not on the new Party 93-1, just check the closest shoe store or gay club, she's probably there.
