Born in Long Island, NY and raised in S. Florida, Raul always had a great passion for mixing music. Growing up in Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Raul loved to listen to weekend mixshows on HOT 105 and Rhythm 98. Raul was inspired by Legendary South Florida Mixer's Phil Jones, Lazaro Mendez and Bob Rosenberg. While attending South Plantation High back in the mid 80's his love for music and Djing was displayed at school events. He dedicated his spare time to mixing and making tapes for school mates.

In 1995, he got his first mixshow on West Palm's WOVV Star95.5. The show was called Planet Mixx. it was a mixture of Top 40, Hip Hop, House and Freestyle. Monday - Thursday 9:45-Mid-night and Friday live from a nightclub called the SPLASH BEACH CLUB.
Later in 1998, Raul got his big break at WPYO 95.3 PARTY in Orlando. He was hired to do a show called the Oldschool Party Lunch Mix that aired Monday-Friday at Noon as well as a spot on the Saturday Night Mix Factory. After a Year at the station Raul was put on overnights and Weekends as a Party Jock. He gain residences at TABU, ROXY, ICON, Cario, and Firestone some Orlando's Hottest nightclubs. Raul loved Orlando, but his heart wanted to be in Miami with his family and childhood friends.

Then in 2002 Raul's dream finally came true when rumors that COX's WTMI was flipping to a PARTY station in Miami. It was his chance to get back to homebase and complete a life long dream to Rock The airwaves in Miami. Three months after the birth of WPYM PARTY 93.1, Raul relocated to be part of South Florida's Pure Dance Channel.

In 2003, Party 93-1 debuted their first ever CD, "Anthems", mixed by Raul featuring Party 93-1 Exclusive Remixes And Tracks.
